The Foundation provides holistic, individualised and intensive care for children with developmental disorders in Geneva, including individual extra-curricular care and support in a mainstream school environment.

Since 2009, IOSUP has been training stand up paddle instructors in collaboration with the Spanish Surfing Federation.

The aim of the association is to make sailing accessible to people with special needs, particularly the visually impaired.

The association raises public awareness of nature in two ways: activities in the field in the Geneva region and a nature centre in the heart of the city.
